Yesterday was my first visit to this post office. I asked to pick up a parcel and showed my licence. Guy who served me came back to the counter after looking out the back for the first time and asked whether I had received a card in the mail. I said no. He went out the back a second time and returned with my parcel to which he then proceeded to point at it and said rudely "next time you order something, tell me it's PARCEL COLLECT!".
Absolutely outrageous service. EPPING POST OFFICE, it's not my job to figure out what ridiculous jargon I need to use when I come and collect something I've bought off the internet. When I got to the counter I asked to "please collect a parcel". The request made perfect sense to me. It's your job to figure out the rest.
Lady serving the guy next to me kept rolling her eyes and muttering under her breath. Someone please sack them all. I'd be happier driving to another post office just to avoid these disgusting people next time.
