  Dr Donaldson was and is a consummate professional. He was generous with his time, we enjoyed his company, and whilst rather jovial and went about his business in good humour, he was sufficiently direct when he critically identified an degenerative condition with our 20 year daughter's optic nerve. Dr Donaldson identified this issue which not been diagnosed by any health professional, Optometrist or Ophthalmologist before him. It is without doubt Dr Donaldson saved our daughters eyesight. When we did our research, Dr Donaldson also regularly gives his time pro-bono for community causes and often works in Cambodia working to save the eye sight of the less fortunate. I can see why he has received an OAM.
  This Dr is one of the good guys and my wife, my daughter and I not onlyn give him 5 stars, and would give him more if we could, but we are eternally grateful for his intervention.
